Hiring hours:
10:30am-end (Surgical Day) Monday-Frid ay Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in processes efficiently. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, faxing, and photocopying documents. Requirements Previous experience in a medical administrative support role is preferred. Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare environment. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Nextgen or SIS (Surgical Information System) is a plus. Ability to operate phone systems and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
