The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing medical scheduling, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Bilingual in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base and coordinate appointments for patients and clinicians. This role involves working closely with our team in India to complete all back-office tasks efficiently and accurately. Duties Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience at every visit Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients and healthcare providers, maintaining organized calendars Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and team members to facilitate smooth daily operations Collaborate with the back-office team in India to complete all administrative and operational tasks Manage medical records, insurance documentation, and other administrative paperwork as required Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies to maintain a safe and efficient environment Experience Minimum of five years of office experience in a healthcare or related setting is required Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle patient interactions professionally and empathetically Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse patient community Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and administrative tasks Excellent communication skills for coordinating appointments and working collaboratively with team members across different locations
