As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by ensuring seamless communication, exceptional customer service and efficient appointment management. You will work closely with our cardiology specialists, support teams and patients to facilitate smooth processes and contribute to superior patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide compassionate, courteous and professional customer service to all patient and visitors. Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and time coordination. Assist patients with insurance verifications, referrals and other administrative tasks related to their care. Support patients with inquiries about their treatment, test results and procedures. Ensure the patient data is entered accurately into our systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions of care. Educate patients on services, preparing them for procedure and tests and answering any questions they may have. Resolve patient concerns and problems with empathy and professionalism while adhering to organizational policies. At HCA we have an excellent salary and benefit package.
