OPEN POSITION
Physician
- Internal or Family Medicine
SCHEDULE
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday to Friday
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
COMPENSATION
- $220,000 to $350,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience
- Productivity-Based Bonus Plan

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The physician provides a full scope of primary care services to patients. This includes, but is not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance. Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- review patient histories
- perform physical examinations
- evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatments
- refer patients to specialists as needed
- review test results and recommend management
- prescribe medications
- formulate disease management plans
- communicate with clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.
Physicians are supported by fully-trained clinical assistants, including scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring the primary focus is always on patient care. The office uses the AthenaHealth
EHR. REQUIREMENTS
- New Jersey medical license
- DEA•Board Certified / Eligible, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
