Job Description
Seeking a Patient Service Representative for a premier healthcare system's Surgery Center in Hightstown, NJ! This is a full-time 13 week contract.
Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours/week Monday - Friday; 7:45am- 4:45pm Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars. Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation. Track referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation. Monitor and respond to phone messages, patient communications, and email correspondence. Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation within designated systems. Maintain accurate patient information and records.
Job Requirements:

Pay:
