In 2021, Care Station entered a joint venture with Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health, the largest health system in the state, enabling better access to clinically integrated care for our patients. To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical environment, preferably in healthcare. Full-time employees at the Linden office work five shifts per week from 3:15 PM
  • 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients in a friendly manner Verifying insurance Accepting insurance copays and patient payments Entering patient demographics into the computer, scanning, faxing and answering phones Scheduling appointments Collecting Co-Pays Good communication skills and electronic health records experience a must, bilingual in Spanish a preferred

  • Medical administrative support and office experience
  • Proficiency in EMR systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
