Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable dental front desk team member to join our practice!
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones and warmly greet/welcome patients Schedule and confirm appointments Verify dental insurance benefits Submit and follow up on insurance claims Handle billing, account questions, and patient balances Collect and process patient payments Maintain accurate patient records Provide an exceptional, welcoming patient experience Ideal candidate: Someone who is personable, professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of the front desk. Dental office experience and knowledge of insurance, claims, and billing are strongly preferred.
