Now Hiring - Intake Coordinator The Intake Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to: Completing initial inquiry forms for all potential home health admissions and forwarding completed forms to the appropriate clinical staff, Director of Clinical Services, and/or Administrator. Working to convert qualified referrals into admissions whenever possible. Notifying the Administrator when referrals do not convert to admissions. Tracking all inquiries and referrals daily and providing a weekly report to the Administrator. Great New Career Opportunity in Home Health!
