Pay:

From $110,000.00 per year Are you a licensed clinician with leadership experience in outpatient addiction treatment? Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee clinical operations at our Raritan Bay facility in South Amboy, NJ. This is a high impact role where you'll work closely with the CEO of the program and guide a team of professionals dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and build lasting recovery.

As the Director of Outpatient Services, you will: Ensure compliance with outpatient program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Oversee all outpatient services, maintaining clinical excellence, quality care, and operational efficiency.

Advise the CEO on program performance and strategic development.

Monitor budgetary goals manage outpatient census and lead generation efforts to meet growth targets.

Support managed care contracting initiatives related to outpatient services, contributing to network expansion and sustainability. What We're Looking For Master's degree in clinical specialty or related field Active licensure as LCADC and CCS required LCSW or LPC (with supervisory credential) preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient behavioral health or addiction treatment.
