Operating Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, the work environment is collegial and patient-focused. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients to assess physical capabilities and limitations while setting personalized treatment goals in collaboration with each individual. Design and implement effective treatment programs that maximize patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and social workers, to coordinate care and resources for optimal treatment outcomes. Maintain compliance with the New Jersey State Practice Act and adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Regularly document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure alignment with established goals.
