In this pivotal role, you will be managing and overseeing the entire admissions and financial process from initial inquiry to resident move-in, insuring all finances are in place. You'll work closely with the families and the facilities, insuring accurate and clear communication throughout the financial planning process and complexities of long term care funding. Track and report admissions trends and referral patterns to leadership Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 1-3 years of strong admissions coordinating experience in the nursing home, senior living, or acute care industry. Exposure in processing advanced financial forms for the finances Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with prospective residents, their families, and medical professionals.
