Admissions Clerk - Clovis We are seeking a full-time, detail‑oriented and patient‑focused Admissions Clerk to join our team! This role is essential to ensuring a positive patient experience and supporting access to care for our community.

Key Responsibilities include:

Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients Answering and directing in-coming calls to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner Registering patients and verifying demographic and insurance information Supporting patient intake and appointment flow while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Previous front desk and registration experience in a healthcare setting are preferred, and strong customer service and communication skills are required. Working knowledge of Epic or basic proficiency with computers and electronic health records (EHRs) is helpful. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with patients and families as an essential function of the role. Salary is commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. A pre‑employment background check and drug test are required.
