Job Profile Summary:
Provides World Class Customer Service To Health System Patients While Participating In A Variety Of Areas Of Their Meal Ordering, Preparation And Delivery.Responsibilities:
- Responsible For Meeting Department Goal On Timely Meal Delivery By Quick Response To Meal Orders Received By Phone, Tray Preparation Or Delivery To Patient Rooms
- Responsible For Accurate Meal Delivery To Patients With Accurate Data Entry, Attention To Detail In Tray Prep, Stocking Of Unit Kitchens And/Or Delivery Of The Correct Meal/Snacks To The Correct Patient
- Positively Impacting The Patient Experience Through Enhanced Clear, Respectful, And Effective Communication Skills Inclusive Of Listening Carefully To Patients
- Responsible For Safe And Patient-Health Oriented Meal Preparation And Delivery Locally owned and nationally recognized, Freeman Health System is a not-for-profit health system serving communities across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas through a network of hospitals, physician clinics, outpatient locations, and specialty services.
