10-12 patients per day

primary care: assess, diagnose, treat and/or refer Specialties and Staff on
Site :
1NP, 2 RNs, 1 MAphlebotomist, 3 Behavioral Health providers,
Chiro, Optical Credentialing :
1-2 weeks
Requirements :
Licensure :
Nevada license,
Nevada CSR and Active DEA Board Certification :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Family Medicine Life Support Certifications :
