Job Overview As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a medical office by providing administrative support and assisting healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care. Duties
  • Manage front desk activities such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
  • Maintain electronic health records
  • Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
  • Prepare and file patient charts and documents
  • Input data accurately
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to update care plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Skills
  • Experience with medical terminology and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of medical billing processes
  • Ability to type accurately and quickly
