9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Medical Receptionist / Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations, appointment scheduling, patient communications, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient check-in and check-out processes. Answer incoming calls and accurately document patient inquiries in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Perform outreach to patients requiring appointments, follow-ups, or additional services. Schedule appointments following established scheduling protocols. Manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues. Scan and upload documents into the EHR system according to organizational procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality of patients' medical, personal, and financial information in compliance with privacy regulations. Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Previous healthcare, medical office, or clinic experience preferred.
