The MSSN Patient Relations Representative aligns with leaders and Interdisciplinary team members in a clinical setting to optimize the patient/family experience. The objective of this role is to promote positive employee engagement in relationship-centered care through active listening, clear closed loop communication and teamwork, addressing what matters most to each individual patient/family. The Patient Relations Representative acts as a liaison to strengthen the relationship between hospital personnel and patients and their families when concerns/complaints arise.Qualifications Responsibilities:
Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program Bachelor's degree in healthcare, organizational development, counseling, hospitality, or related field required. Experience And Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Speaks, reads and writesEnglish Experience:
