Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description To schedule appointments, answer phones, greet patients, prepare charts, copy records, collect payments in a physician office setting. Communicates effectively with various specialty departments and insurance companies. Provides receptionist coverage to multiple Foothills Medical Group offices. This position can be reassigned to any location withinOGH/BRMC
offices as may be required to meet business needs. Education And Credentials High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Two (2) to three (3) years of medical experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working in a medical office preferred. Must possess strong computer skills with operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required. Detail oriented with excellent oral, written and organizational skills. Must be motivated and possess ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have strong ability to organize responsibilities and handle high volume.Working Conditions Job Details Department :

$16.00 - $20.63 Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
