Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description Primary duties include but are not limited to obtaining insurance authorizations, make appointments, answer phones, calling patients, preparing charts, and copying records in a physician office setting. Communicates effectively with various specialty departments and insurance companies. Cross train to other receptionist roles within the office to cover when needed. Education And Credentials High School diploma or equivalent Experience Two (2) to three (3) years of medical experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working in a medical office preferred. Medent and Meditech experience preferred.
