Make It Possible Patient Services Assistant - Ambulatory Surg-Part time- Days The Patient Service Assistant functions in a multi-faceted capacity in the Operating Room. Works under the supervision of the Patient Care Director or designee. Provides escort and transport service. Performs STAT errands. Performs assigned duties to assist the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse/OR Technician. Provides for patient safety. To support and adhere to the Hospital's Mission Statement and to perform according to the Hospital's standards for customer service. 8:30am-5pm M-F no weekends or holidays , 3 , 7.5 hour shifts per week . Preferred Criteria Previous patient care experience in the Operating Room preferred Required Criteria High School diploma or GED Current BLS certification At least 3 years related experience in hospital/healthcare setting Must have the ability to read and write English with good command of verbalEnglish Salary Range:
