Compensation Range:
$126,256.00 - $170,456.00 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Dispenses medications for patients seen in an outpatient pharmacy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- + Understands and follows departmental and hospital policy and procedures related to dispensing of medications.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- + Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and less than 1 year of relevant ambulatory/community pharmacy experience required + Or equivalent combination of education and experience + Successful completion of a Post Graduate-Year 1 (PGY-1) accredited pharmacy practice required
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
