Full Time Rome Health is currently seeking a Clinical Educator. The Clinical Educator will coordinate professional development and career growth utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines to assure exceptional patient outcomes. Educators are also responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating standards of care and/or protocols that result in changes to improve patient care, practice, and/or systems. Contributions are made to the nursing profession through consultation, presentation, and/or publication.
RN educators must have 3-5 years of clinical experience in the acute care setting, with at least 2 year experience within their nursing specialty preferred. BSN is preferred.
Educators must possess all required certifications within their specialty area
