About the Position We are looking for an additional part-time, caring, confident, people-oriented Patient Care Specialist to join our growing health wellness practice. We are looking for a team member to share in our mission to help others achieve optimal health and function This is an ideal position for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people heal and is passionate about optimal health, fitness, nutrition, innate healing, and wellness.

•Hourly position with monthly bonus beginning with your 4th month. Key Responsibilities Class IV Laser technician (Will be trained and certified) Build strong relationships with patients and create an exceptional patient experience Communicate confidently with patients about their care and wellness goals Follow up with patients and maintain strong patient engagement Assist with placing patients on spinal decompression therapy (Training will be provided) Educate patients on wellness services and help them understand the benefits of recommended treatments Participate in patient consultations and help identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate Assist with administrative duties and general clinic operations Work closely with doctors and other team members to ensure excellent patient care Maintain a professional, positive, energetic, and welcoming environment The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Excellent with people and naturally personable A confident and effective communicator Passionate about health, fitness, nutrition, wellness, and natural/innate healing Motivated by helping people achieve better health Professional, energetic, dependable, and coachable Able to learn new treatment technologies and protocols A strong team player Spanish speaking is a plus What We Offer Training and certification in Class IV laser therapy Training in spinal decompression therapy Opportunity for growth within a growing practice A team-oriented and positive workplace The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives Who Should Apply?
