In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, assists with product selection, and ensures smooth sales transactions. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and issuing receipts Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers over the phone
