Long Island Speech is seeking an experienced, personable, and organized Medical Office Secretary/Front Desk Professional to join our growing team in our Suffolk and Nassau County offices. Full-Time Opportunities Available Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records Maintain accurate data in our practice management software Support daily front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail Every other Saturday and some evenings required Requirements Minimum 5 years of medical office or medical reception experience Previous administrative or office management experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
