We are seeking a friendly and organized full time front desk receptionist to join our primary care office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will provide exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume incoming calls, directing inquiries with professionalism and discretion Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate, confidential records Coordinate patient check-in and check-out, ensuring completion of documentation, payment processing, and petty cash handling Assist with scheduling and coordination of wellness classes and special events Generate, organize, and maintain administrative and operational reports Support social media initiatives through content posting and audience engagement Scan, fax, and manage confidential medical and business documents in compliance with privacy standards Open and close the office, ensuring daily operational readiness Provide administrative support across both medical office and spa facility operationsQualifications:
2+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or clinical setting preferred Strong understanding of medical office procedures and patient flow Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems Experience with scheduling, appointment management, and patient check-in/check-out Comfortable answering phone lines and handling a high volume of calls professionally Excellent customer service and patient communication skills Warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor Ability to communicate confidently with patients while maintaining professional boundaries Strong attention to detail and accuracy , particularly with patient information, scheduling, and documentation Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy healthcare environment Comfortable collecting copays, payments, and insurance information Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle difficult, upset, or anxious patients calmly and professionally Reliable, punctual, and dependable Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Comfortable learning and following established office policies, procedures, and workflows Ability to identify problems and find solutions rather than simply passing issues along Comfortable working in a practice that combines primary care, wellness, aesthetics, and spa services Experience with patient scheduling software, payment systems, or practice-management software preferredHours:
