Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Join Our Team! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental family! We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering phones and scheduling appointments Maintaining an organized and productive schedule Verifying dental insurance benefits Creating and presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment, insurance estimates, and financial options with patients Submitting insurance claims and managing claim follow-up Working closely with the doctors, hygienists, and assistants to keep the day running smoothly We would love to find someone who is: Friendly and outgoing Dependable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Comfortable communicating with patients A team player with a positive attitude •Previous dental front desk experience is strongly preferred. Dentrix and dental insurance experience are a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for the right personality and the right fit for our team .
