Job Description

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH. Full Time/Benefits Eligible Monday-Friday - 7:45am-4:45pm with one closing day per week ending between 5:00pm-6:00pm
Canal Winchester, OH Duties/Responsibilities:
Checking patients in and out Verifying patient demographics and insurance Collecting Co-pays Scanning/Indexing Answering phones and directing to the proper office Scheduling of patients Documenting in Electronic Medical Records Opening and closing the office Other duties as assigned Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred Must have proficient computer skills.
