Patient Access Representative, Emergency Department, Full Time; 2:30 pm - 11 pm Western Reserve Hospital - 3.5 Cuyahoga Falls, OH Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Serves as initial contact for all Patient Access Services, is responsible for registering and pre-registering patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility at time of registration, verifies patient demographics and accurately inputs this information in the registration application. Performs point of service activities, collecting copayments and self-pay payments. Works every other weekend and every other holiday Experience Required One (1) to two (2) years of Customer Service experience is required. Experience in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred.
