Maintain real‑time logs, dashboards, and handoffs between shifts. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. What We're Looking For Healthcare admissions or behavioral health front‑office experience preferred. Superb communication, multitasking, and EMR proficiency. Calm under pressure with customer‑service excellence. High school diploma or GED required.
