Job Summary Role and Responsibilities
- Interviews potential guests to determine eligibility to restart program
- helps determine if potential guests need a higher level of care and assist guests in obtaining referrals to other agencies if needed.
- Performs guest intake interviews & paperwork, discusses Mission Guest Handbook with guest & escorting guest to their dormitories.
- Hands guests off to Stabilization Advocate.
- Accesses, inputs, maintains information in charity tracker & HMIS Systems.
- Originates and maintains required forms, documents, records, and personnel files on a current basis.
- Answers phone and messages concerning programs and guests.
This position is 10a-6p

- High School Diploma or GED
- Job related experience for 2-year(s) minimum
- Associates or bachelor's degree Preferred.
Ability to apply standard evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard technical and administrative techniques, procedures, and criteria for area of responsibility. Ability to operate and functionally use a computer. Customer service oriented. Ability to meet schedules and deadlines, to concentrate and pay attention to detail. Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner. Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills. Performs such individual assignments as management may direct. Need to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Comfortable sharing the gospel & the love of Jesus with guest. Bilingual is a plus
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
