Compensation:

Base salary: $120,000–$130,000 Stipend and productivity bonuses offered

Job/Practice Description:

Inpatient Palliative Care NP Full-time inpatient position: 75% at one hospital in Findlay, OH and 25% at a second hospital in Lima, OH Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM Shared evening and weekend telephone call rotation Perform inpatient palliative care consultations and follow-up visits Manage symptoms for patients with serious, chronic, and life-limiting illnesses Facilitate goals-of-care discussions and advance care planning with patients and families Assist with discharge planning, including transitions to home-based palliative care or hospice Provide inpatient rounding for hospice General Inpatient (GIP) patients at the second hospital as needed Professionals with a passion for palliative care encouraged to apply

Requirements:

Certified Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care NP preferred; palliative care or hospice experience welcomed) No experience needed!
