Qualifications:

Spanish/English bilingual. Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with patients and providers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally. Answer phones and respond to online patient messages. Check patients in and out efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage patient recalls. Process paperwork and take payments. Review insurance coverage and answer basic questions. Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients. Pay:
