Admission Coordinator:

Coordinate admissions for Skilled Nursing and Personal Care residents Guide residents and families through the admission process Complete admission paperwork accurately and timely while verifying insurance and gathering mandatory documentation Communicate with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, residents, and families Provide tours and promote Concordia services in the community Support residents and families during transition into the facility What We're Looking For in an

Admissions Coordinator:

Minimum 1 year of Admissions Coordinator experience in healthcare Long-term care, acute care, nursing, or social services experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills required Experience with computers and PointClickCare preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Passion for serving the senior population Why Work for Concordia as an Admissions Coordinator?
