Thrive Chiropractic is growing — and we're looking to fill 2 spots in our expanding team! As a neurologically focused pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic practice, we need team members that thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This isn't just a desk job — it's a leadership role where your energy, initiative, and passion for natural health will shape the experience of every family we serve. These roles combine patient-facing responsibilities with back-end operations:
Practice Operations:
Manage office flow, ensure timely scheduling, and optimize daily efficiency.
Project Management:
Execute internal projects (marketing events, systems & procedures, etc.) with ownership and accountability.
Patient Experience:
Greet families, manage check-in/check-out, and create a positive, energetic environment.
Event Coordination:
Help organize and promote community outreach events, workshops, and in-office campaigns.
Technology & Tools:
Manage backend software settings, troubleshoot systems, and streamline digital workflows. What we're looking for: Outgoing, organized, and emotionally intelligent Thrives around sensory and high energy kids, babies, and families Comfortable leading others and taking initiative Strong multitasker — calm under pressure and detail-oriented Passionate about holistic and natural health Tech-savvy with experience in admin and social media Hours and Compensation Hourly pay starts at $18-$23 based on experience & job performance. 15-35 hours/week split into 3-8 shifts Monday-Saturday Hours can vary depending on patient needs Morning shift options: Mon, Wed, and Thur from 7:45-12:00pm Evening shift options: Monday, Wed, and Thursday from 2-7pm Tuesday shift is ~2:00-5:30 Friday shift is 9:00-1:00 Saturday 8:15-11 Perks & Benefits Paid time off Paid training Employee & family chiropractic care & wellness perks Flexible scheduling options A purpose-driven workplace that values family, growth, and health
