8:00am-6:30pm (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM) Pay rate range: $20.00 to $23.00/hr. w2
Training:
4 Day EPIC training from Tuesday through Friday, 9-5. New hire must pass assessment at the end of the week.
15-minute HIPAA training module.

DAY Advanced Scheduling Concepts Job Description:
Job Summary Initiate/Complete an accurate patient pre-registration or registration.
Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits at or before time of service
Secure and/or verify authorization for service in accordance with payer guidelines and requirements.
Enter physician orders accurately into the ADM and ITS (Pre Natal registration only) modules, as required.
Identify and collect patient's financial responsibility.
Qualifications Education:
High School or equivalent is required.
Experience:
Hospital/Insurance experience preferred .
Other Skills:
Excellent Customer Service Skills, Negotiation and Problem Solving, Ability to prioritize and multitask, Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to work productively as a team.
