Patient Service Representative (1 FT positions) Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Service Representative in our Hershey, PA location., Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.

Essential Functions:

Prepare work orders Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures Provide excellent customer service to all patients Assure flow of service Complete other duties as assigned
