Job Description

Under general supervision, the Intake Coordinator, Senior uses a software application to process referral information provided by client and enters, imports and/or creates Intake Services for new or rescheduled services. This position assigns services to the Scheduling Coordinator, manages web-based portal, emails, and telephones to ensure referrals are being processed timely, and delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch points.
  • Intake and processing of Medical Evaluations and Depositions requests
  • Assignment of intake requests to scheduling coordinators
  • Telephone and written client interactions
  • Provide support to team by corresponding with providers, clients and claimants regarding changes.
  • Assist in managing team email
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Competencies :
Proven ability to plan and organize workload Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced work environment Good follow-through skills Work well in a team-oriented work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills with ability to critically evaluate and resolve problems Strong computer skills at intermediate level : ( includes certificate & licenses )
