Job Description
Under general supervision, the Intake Coordinator, Senior uses a software application to process referral information provided by client and enters, imports and/or creates Intake Services for new or rescheduled services. This position assigns services to the Scheduling Coordinator, manages web-based portal, emails, and telephones to ensure referrals are being processed timely, and delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch points.
- Intake and processing of Medical Evaluations and Depositions requests
- Assignment of intake requests to scheduling coordinators
- Telephone and written client interactions
- Provide support to team by corresponding with providers, clients and claimants regarding changes.
- Assist in managing team email
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
