Admissions Coordinator Cedar Haven Healthcare Center | Lebanon, PA Cedar Haven Healthcare Center is seeking a motivated and organized Admissions Coordinator to support the admissions process and provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and their families. Schedule Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage and complete admission paperwork accurately and timely. Coordinate room readiness prior to resident admission. Collect, verify, and enter demographic information into electronic charts . Verify and enter insurance information and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with nursing and other departments to ensure a smooth admission process. Provide professional and compassionate customer service to residents and families . Communicate with referral sources and assist with the admission process from referral through arrival. Perform other administrative and admissions duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience with admissions in a skilled nursing facility is required. CNA or LPN preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with electronic medical records and computer systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
