Upward Rehabilitation provides services to Medicare B beneficiaries, and accepts other insurance carriers (Aetna, Highmark, UHC etc.) Clinicians will render 1:1 treatment to patients in the comfort of their own home. This position is very flexible

• schedule appointments in collaboration with your patients that suite your availability.

All visits are local and drive times are minimized (10-20 minutes between patients, NO outliers!!!) This is a salary position. Productivity goal is 25 visits/week with a potential for $$$ bonus if visit/unit goals are exceeded. This is job is Monday-Friday. No weekends. Clinicians with experience working with neuro and orthopedic populations are best suited for this role. • Implement treatment plans developed by the physical therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs
• Administer modalities such as electrical stimulation,
• Maintain accurate patient records Requirements
• Licensed PTA with associates degree from accredited institution
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Experience or interest in geriatric physical therapy, orthopedic physical therapy and neurological physical therapy.
• Ability to work effectively in a home setting.
