Guide new patients through every step of their first visit. Create a five-star patient experience from the first phone call through ongoing care. Patient Discovery Conduct detailed health history interviews. Listen actively to understand each patient's pain, frustrations, goals, and lifestyle. Build genuine trust through empathy and excellent communication. Document patient histories accurately and thoroughly. Help patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns. Patient Education Reinforce the doctor's recommendations in a clear and encouraging manner. Help patients understand the value of chiropractic care and wellness. Answer general questions regarding treatment plans and office procedures. Encourage long-term commitment to improving health. Financial Consultation Present care plans and payment options with confidence and professionalism. Explain financial arrangements in a simple, understandable way. Collect payments before care begins according to office policy. Help patients overcome financial concerns without pressure or intimidation. Maintain excellent collection percentages. Care Coordination Schedule appointments efficiently. Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments. Monitor patient compliance. Reach out to patients who miss appointments. Celebrate patient progress and milestones. Patient Retention Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to complete their care plans. Resolve concerns before they become obstacles. Deliver service worthy of five-star reviews and referrals. Help create lifelong chiropractic patients. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who naturally: Loves helping people. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
