Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform light maintenance such as cleaning, coolant checks, and organizing tooling.
- Deburr edges properly and protect parts during and after machining.
- Work with leads and supervisors to report issues and keep production moving.
- Read and interpret basic prints, part dimensions, hole locations, and tolerances.
- Assist with simple CNC mill or lathe setups, including selecting tools and verifying offsets.
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other common shop tools.
- Load and unload material, start production runs, and monitor machines for quality and safety.
Schedule:
4 Day / 10 Hour Shift Workweek (Overtime potential on Fridays)- Day Shift / Monday
- Thursday / 7:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
- Night Shift / Monday
- Thursday / 9:00 PM
- 7:00
AM Pay Rate:
Day Shift:
$23.00- $28.00 per hour DOE
Night Shift:
$24.50- $29.50 per hour DOE Apply now!
- 6+ months of experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a production environment.
- Ability to identify simple issues during machining and make minor adjustments.
- Any exposure to Mastercam or similar CAM software is helpful but not required.
- Strong focus on accuracy, part quality, and safe operation throughout daily tasks.
- Familiarity with HAAS controls or comparable CNC control systems.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and understand fundamental GD&T concepts.
