Job Description
A Patient Services Representative welcomes patients, educates them on copayments and financial obligations, collects payments, schedules appointments, and updates patient information. They promote new technologies, connect patients to financial resources, and foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring a positive UPMC experience for patients and families. This position will work Monday through Friday daylight shift Occasional travel to other UPMC Children's Hospital locations may be required
