MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree with a minimum of three years' successful work experience managing data and information OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years' successful work experience managing data and information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of student information systems and learning management systems used in higher education.

We're searching for an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to join us as an Assistant Registrar. Reporting to the Registrar, you'll be the person behind the scenes making sure all the data is in place for students to earn degrees! If you are a detail-oriented person that loves data and isn't afraid of computer systems, apply now! This position provides support for all registrar functions. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, and have a firm understanding of data management, analysis, and presentation. They will possess a strong work ethic, be highly collaborative, manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and hold the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Knowledge of student information systems and learning management systems used in higher education is preferable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist the Registrar with processes within the College's Student Information System (SIS) to include course registration functions, grading, withdrawals, and transcript evaluations Assist the Registrar in the maintenance of degree audits including all curriculum changes Complete all incoming transcript requests Assist the Registrar in completing graduation audits Assess and confirm the validity of transcripts received from outside educational entities Organize and complete transcript evaluations with the use of Microsoft Planner to obtain academic approval of course equivalencies Process transfer credits and substitution waivers Manage clearance collection for academic students Create and mail student IDs for all academic and workforce development students Complete enrollment and education verification requests Create and mail diplomas Participate on the Transfer Evaluation Team Participate on the Commencement Committee Active professional development on issues relating to registrar functions Attend College meetings and serve on College committees as assigned Assist the Registrar with daily operations of the Office and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Registrar Other duties as assigned by the Registrar

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE
Office Location:
NPRC Administrative Location 300 Second Avenue, Warren, PA 16365, Fifth Floor Office Work hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Friday Notwithstanding the office hours, full-time salaried employees are expected to work 37 hours weekly
