Glendale, CA Schedule:
Monday-Thursday remote work, with alternating Fridays and Saturdays required in-office in Glendale. We are hiring a bilingual Armenian/English Medical Assistant to support our interventional pain management practice. This is a mostly remote position focused on patient communication, scheduling, coordination, documentation support, and administrative follow-up. The position also requires in-office clinical support in our Glendale clinic on alternating Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, organized, bilingual in Armenian and English, and comfortable working with patients, providers, case managers, and office staff. Experience in a clinical, outpatient, pain management, orthopedic, spine, or personal injury setting is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Responsibilities Communicate with patients in Armenian and with doctor in English Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups Coordinate with case managers regarding appointments, treatment plans, records, and documentation Support patient intake, forms, chart updates, and general administrative tasks Help maintain accurate patient communication and documentation During in-office Glendale clinic days, assist with patient flow, rooming patients, taking vitals, and supporting the provider Work closely with the clinical and administrative team Requirements Bilingual in Armenian and English Medical Assistant certificate preferred Prior medical office or outpatient clinic experience preferred Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, professional, and able to multitask Comfortable working mostly remotely Must be available to work in-office in Glendale on alternating Fridays and Saturdays Must have a quiet and reliable remote work setup Preferred but Not Required Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or outpatient specialty care Experience with personal injury cases, liens, attorneys, or case managers Experience with EMR/EHR systems
