10am-3pm with an hour lunch from 12-1pm
PST Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Position Summary The Fiscal Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of participant financial services within the Fiscal Management Service (FMS). This position ensures that invoices are reviewed, processed, and paid accurately while maintaining compliance with Self-Determination Program (SDP) requirements, Regional Center policies, and company procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive and process participant and vendor invoices. Verify invoices aligned with approved spending plans and budgets. Enter and manage invoices through BILL or other payment platforms. Monitor participant budgets and available funding. Prepare monthly spending reports for participants and families. Maintain participant and vendor records. Collect and maintain W-9 forms and supporting documentation. Assist with participant enrollment and onboarding. Communicate with participants, families, Independent Facilitators, and Regional Center staff regarding invoice status and budget questions. Track payment approvals and maintain audit-ready documentation. Assist with internal compliance reviews and record retention. Maintain confidentiality of participant information. Qualifications Associate degree preferred. Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, fiscal services, or administrative operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based document management systems. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with California Regional Centers. Knowledge of the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Experience using BILL, QuickBooks Online, or similar financial software.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
