With over 200 locally owned franchise offices across the country CarePatrol is the leading Senior Placement Franchise . CarePatrol helps seniors and their families find safer care options; including assisted living, memory care, home care, nursing care, and independent senior living. This role is responsible for connecting with senior clients to find them safer care options. They will do this by gaining each client's business by successfully demonstrating our values. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the brand. Job Summary The Intake Coordinator is responsible for receiving referrals for the business in the form of fax, email, and phone, and entering into the database. Also responsible for supporting Senior Care Advisors and others in entering information, sending documents to clients as requested, and supporting Owner in administrative duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service and problem solving skills Strong follow up and detail oriented Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time and workload effectively Strong written & verbal communication skills Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving. Must work well in team environments. Professional client communication. Have proficiency with Google Drive and Google calendar. Gain proficiency in company proprietary software such as CC2. Present well to clients and peers. Ability to handle confidential healthcare and business related information. Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
