at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware, United States Job Description Job Details ChristianaCare's Primary Care at Linden Hill is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care. This role is responsible for achieving optimal patient outcomes through both independent practice and collaborative teamwork within the clinical setting. The Registered Nurse II will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, contributing as a trusted and integral member of the healthcare team. Primary Care at Linden Hill is in Wilmington, Delaware. Primary Care at Linden Hill provides comprehensive medical services for adults and children, including gynecology, women's health, vaccinations, physical examinations, preventive medicine, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Linden Hill | ChristianaCare Primary Care at Linden Hill is a well-established, team-based primary care practice staffed by three Physicians, and three Nurse Practitioners. The clinical team is supported by four Registered Nurses and five Medical Assistants, while two Medical Office Assistants provide administrative and patient support services. Together, this multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality patient care in a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment. Regional Coverage As part of our Regional Strategy, this RN position will follow a rotating schedule and provide coverage across our Primary Care practices at Lantana, Linden Hill, and Limestone. The role may also include remote work from home following successful completion of orientation and training.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday:

Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse II, this role will provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care to pediatric through geriatric populations in both virtual and in-person settings, using strong clinical knowledge to assess and address patient needs. This role includes delivering services such as wellness visits, care management, point-of-care testing, and triaging patients, while collaborating closely with providers to support examinations, procedures, and efficient clinic operations. As a Registered Nurse II, will serve as a key liaison among patients, providers, and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordinating workflow, and responding to urgent situations. Will also support staff development through training and mentorship, participates in quality and compliance initiatives, and contributes to process improvement efforts-all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, patient education, and high-quality care delivery.
Education Requirements:
A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse licensure or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware, Maryland or Pennsylvania & New Jersey depending on location of employment. Two years' experience as a Registered Nurse, physician office experience is preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (AND) will be considered with an agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years Basic Life Support (BLS) required What Makes a Successful Registered Nurse II at

Hourly Pay Range:
$38.98 - $62.38 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
