Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) - Park Medspa Park Medspa is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients, and has a strong interest in the aesthetic/medspa industry. Because we are a mobile medspa , flexibility with schedule and location is required.

Locations San Diego County:

San Diego San Marcos Escondido Carlsbad La Mesa Del Mar Schedule Requirements Must be available to work 2 weekends per month (rotating) Must be able to go to the carlsbad office 1-2 days per week Flexible availability for events and coverage at different locations Occasional remote/admin work may be available Key Responsibilities Attend and support medspa events Manage patient flow and overall experience Check patients in and out Schedule and coordinate appointments Answer patient questions regarding treatments and services Input and manage data in Excel and internal systems Take patient testimonials and assist with marketing efforts Distribute promotional materials Handle cash deposits and basic administrative tasks Maintain organized filing systems Participate in weekly Friday team meetings Cash Deposits Store products or supplies at residence Provide coverage for other locations as needed Shipments for locations and inventory for injectors

Qualifications Required:

Previous medspa experience or strong knowledge of Botox, filler, and aesthetic services Prior receptionist or patient-facing experience (medspa preferred) Tech-savvy (Excel and general systems proficiency required) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation Ideal Candidate Friendly, warm, and patient-focused Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong multitasker Positive attitude with excellent phone etiquette Team player with a willingness to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits $18-$20/hour (based on experience) Performance-based growth opportunities Employee discounts on treatments and services Benefits available after 90 days (full time employees) Application Requirements Resume 3 professional references + 2 personal references
