Use your healthcare experience to guide patients through application, troubleshooting, and daily questions via phone. What You'll Do Support patients by phone Walk them through device application + troubleshooting Provide clear, calm education to patients & caregivers Document all interactions in our support system Great Backgrounds CNA (especially LTC) Medical Assistant Healthcare customer service No medical device experience needed—full paid training provided.
